UPS Working Hours
Customers can observe that UPS work on standard business days commencing from Monday to Friday. UPS Opening and Closing hours
The opening and closing hours of operation of USD offices in the US will apply to all time zones specified in the US. The normal hours of operation of all offices in USD is from Monday to Friday. Offices will be open from 8:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. This time is applicable to all time zones in the US. This operation is carried out by the local Preferred Customer Associate (PCA) team, which will be available at all USD offices.
Extended Coverage
In addition to normal opening and closing hours of operation of USD, it will also offer extended coverage to meet the needs of the customers through local PCA team only. This extended time of operation is applicable from Monday to Friday. Hence, the offices of USD will be open from 7:00 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). On Saturdays, the office will function from 7:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m., EST. During this time booking of mail/packages will be done.
